MOJ Awards and Competitions Term and conditions

MOJ Awards competition is open to all Photographers: Amateur and Professional from all over the world. Anyone over 18 years of age can enter the competition with the exception of employees of the MOJ Awards, their associated companies and employees of any company chosen to sponsor prizes for the competition. By registering and entering the MOJ Awards Competition you hereby accept these Terms and Conditions. By entering the Competition, you agree and acknowledge that the MOJ Awards is permitted to receive your registration data.

COPYRIGHT & USAGERIGHT

MOJ Awards may publish any material you submit, post, upload, email or otherwise transmit to it or to the website at its sole discretion and it shall be entitled to make additions or deletions to any such material prior to publication. Any image submitted to the competition may be used by the MOJ Awards, and its media sponsor, for marketing and promotional purposes of the competition in any media such as exhibitions, print and digital media directly related to the MOJ Awards competition. By Winning or placing in the competition you are agreeing to be included in the winners’ annual. Winners and Honorable Winners will be published online on www.mojgallery.com

ENTRY FEE

Entry fees cover the cost of Prize, Exhibitions, Administrations and Promotion.

There is limit of 15MB upload per person, with a maximum of 3MB per image.

GENERAL CONDITIONS

To enter the competition, you must submit your entries to the Competition URL, www.mojgallery.com Participants must also pay the entry fee(s) and complete the submission form in order to be considered for the competition. All photographers must submit their work online. Digital files are required. Prints are not accepted as part of the competition. There is no limit to the number of individual images each artist may submit. Images may be captured using film or digital. You may enter your work in as many categories as you wish. However, once the submission fee is paid, you will not be able to edit, change, or add new categories. There is no time or date restriction on when the image was taken. Winning Entrants must be able to provide a high resolution digital file (minimum 3000px wide / 300dpi). This file will be used only to prove the ownership of the image. Winning Entrants who do not fulfill these eligibility criteria will be deemed ineligible and disqualified without the right to appeal. All entries must be the original work of the entrant and must not infringe the rights of any other party. The entrant must be the sole copyright owner of all photographs entered and must have obtained permission of any people featured in the entries (or their parents/guardians if children under 16 are featured). Further, the entrant must not have breached any laws when taking their photographs. The full name of each entrant whose work is selected as a winneror Honorable mention will be published online. All winners will have the opportunity to download their certificates by the end of the year from their profile. On new year, all certificates will be cleared. If you have not received your certificate within the designated time, please contact us by email.

IMAGE SUBMISSION GUIDELINES

Digital images should be no larger than 3MB per image. Save as JPG ( Export sRGB) compression High, 72 dpi, 1200 pixels on the longest side. Please do not use symbols in the file name. No signature, stamp or any other identifying mark is allowed anywhere on the entry.
